WHY CHOOSE FUNNELWEB FILTER?
1. Foam!
FunnelWeb's profile-cut foam effectively doubles the filter's outer surface area without increasing the filter's original size. This allows it to capture and hold significantly more dust on the outer surface, providing greater engine protection while maintaining optimal airflow and extending filter service intervals.
Single-layer, single-density polyurethane foam offers the added advantage of easy cleaning and maintaining its original shape even after numerous cleanings. Because dirt is spread over a much larger surface area, airflow restriction due to dirt accumulation is significantly minimized. Overall, compared to traditional foam filters, FunnelWeb offers greater protection against dirt ingestion. It has longer service intervals and maintains high airflow rates when contaminated.
2. Filter Gasket!
Most FunnelWeb filter seals are manufactured from injection-molded urethane for a long-lasting, secure fit within the filter support frame and air box. Foam seals, like seals fitted to other filter brands, may lose their shape after several cleanings and may not fit the support frame properly. This can affect the filters' sealing ability. Not all filters in our product range are suitable for molded seals, and a few that are not suitable feature neoprene/nitrile foam seals.
3. Improved Development Process
The FunnelWeb Filter was developed over five years with support from the Australian KTM Racing Teams in motocross and enduro. Numerous foam profiles and pore combinations were tested in challenging, dusty race conditions and on test tracks to find the ideal combination. More than 1,500 filters were manufactured, tested, serviced, reused, or cut for inspection before being released for sale.

We specialize in the production of select dirt bike filters. Our product range will be expanded to include other models and ATVs in the future. All components and packaging are manufactured and assembled in Australia.
