Why Powervalve Cover?

How Does It Work?

In a 2-stroke engine, at higher RPMs, pressure waves in the exhaust system help force extra fresh air into the cylinder—an effect drivers describe as "being in the pipe." While this supercharger increases top-end power, these same pressure waves make it harder for the engine to breathe efficiently at lower RPMs, resulting in poorer low-end performance.

The Powervalve Cover creates an additional chamber (the Torque Chamber) that helps disperse these pressure waves at low rpm. This reduction in wave amplitude allows the cylinder to fill with fresh fuel more effectively, increasing torque and improving low- to mid-range throttle response.

Through extensive testing and development, we've developed a design that delivers a clear and measurable increase in low-mid torque , making the bike more responsive where riders need it most.
